EcoAir Warranty
EcoAir offers a non-transferable warranty of 1 to 3 years when purchased directly from EcoAir or its Authorised Resellers. This warranty provides additional rights and benefits beyond your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. Don’t forget to register your EcoAir product to ensure warranty coverage.
This warranty service is for a service and repair of your EcoAir product. The service and repair will take a minimum of 3 weeks from the date we receive your appliance.
It's important to remember that the date you submit the form is considered the official request for a warranty service. Any previous emails or phone calls won't be taken into account.
If you are sending an appliance for warranty service, please note your warranty expiry date will be determined on the date your product is received at our repair center.
If your item is out of warranty, please visit our Ad Hoc Service Page. Please note that our employees will not be able to extend your warranty at their discretion.
Back to Base
All warranty and services are on a back to base basis, we do not send engineers on site.
Collection & Delivery are only available for Mainland UK Addresses only.
Collection and delivery are not available for 12,000 BTU portable air conditioners.
Customers with these units will need to arrange transport to and from our repair centre at their own cost.
Please note that the Local Shop Collection & Delivery service is the only collection option we offer to Warranty customers, unless advised otherwise. This service is only available for collections from a Mainland UK address. If you are based in Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the Islands or Outsdie Mainland UK, you will need to return your appliance directly to our service centre for warranty service.
